Today we’re taking a look at the most beautiful boho style summer picnic I’ve ever been to; where I had the chance to release my inner hippie. To say I was on Cloud9 is an understatement; because a group of girlfriends + a beach + delicious food + pretty everything = the best day ever. Seriously, if I could go bare foot on a beach, wearing a floral crown, everyday, I would!

I spent the day with a bunch of awesome ladies I met since starting my blog, that I am so blessed to call friends (Jenny, Kaylee, Talia; and Gaby + Jacquelyn who styled the picnic). I know you’re going to love all the photos from it below, because Heidi Lau takes the most magical pictures – you’ll feel like you’re being transported to the party with us!

My hope with today’s blog post is that it inspires you to grab a few friends and have your own fun picnic like ours. Or at the very least, that it inspires you to add a side of vogue to your next get together: something like flowers in your salad, extra cute napkins, a few pretty pillows, flowers in your hair, or whatever else brings a smile to your face. It’s easy to go through the motions of life, but the pretty little things you do to add style make life that much more enjoyable. Try it out, you’ll see!
