Okay – so the Fall 2013 collection at Addition Elle has some serious style ladies!!! It was hands down one of my favourite media previews, and I left the showroom with major clothing envy! To be honest, I’m tempted to pop into the store and see if any of it will fit me – it’s that great of a collection!
Ladies, let’s get serious here for a moment. Sometimes I get frustrated shopping, and have days where nothing seems flattering on my body. I’m sure every single one of you has felt this way at some point while shopping. Please trust me when I tell you, that it’s not you; it’s the brand! Every brand has a certain body type they design for, and you need to pick the one (or ones) that caters to you. When you find a brand that designs for your body type, you will look like a million dollars – no matter what size or shape you are! Don’t settle for something that just looks “okay” on you. You wear the clothes, not vise versa. Take charge!
A really exciting moment for me, while viewing the fall 2013 collection, was seeing a pair of reversible jeans!! I’m so not even joking. Reversible. I’ll say it again; reversible!! Two pairs of jeans in one … ya, that totally blew my mind. #ThumbsUp!
Addition Elle is a fashionable and trendy plus size clothing store that carries a wide variety of styles from various brands. If you fall between the sizes 14 to 26 I seriously recommend you head over and check out the Addition Elle Fall 2013 Collection!!
The collection is wonderful! I mentioned to the people at the preview that I wished some of these pieces came in non-plus sizes so I could get hold of them. My favourite? The trench. Luckily, mixed media trenches are made by more than one brand. I have one from Rachel Sin.
As usual. My favorite is the classy black jacket.

I did NOT know that companies designed for certain body types. Mind. Blown! I will definitely keep that in mind for the future. Many thanks my dear
