Chloé Comme Parris ss2013 – Toronto Fashion Week

Monday evening I set off to the Burroughes Building on Queen West to see a few Canadian Designers show their ss2013 collections. I absolutely adored the California Girl vibe of Chloé Comme Parris’ latest looks!

With inspiration from a combination of Assryian culture (vibe and cut) + Venice Beach skate/surf culture in the ’70s (the fit), this Toronto design duo came up a modern collection that kept their audience captivated!! From floral prints and flowing blouses; to black leather shorts and a pink leather jacket; to long necklaces, big bracelets and ear cuffs; to jewelry adorned clothing – I wanted it all.

With a few years under their belt and having recently shown some of this seasons collection at New York Fashion Week (the GenArt runway),  Chloé and Parris Gordon are definitely ones to watch!

I left the show loving Chloé Comme Parris more than ever – wishing that spring/summer 2013 will hurry up already!
