Something about black and gold, to me, screams luxury… I can’t exactly put my finger on it – maybe that wonderful contrast between the two, maybe that black is always chic, maybe that gold is…well…gold! Whatever it is, this combination seems to make me go “oh la la” and it is everything I seem to want to buy at the moment.
A piece of style advice: although the above items are wicked awesome, avoid wearing them all together – instead, choose a few to accent your outfit! For example; if you choose to wear the beautiful sequin top from H&M or the sequin and tutu dress from Rare Opulence, keep the rest of your outfit rather simple.
That being said, don’t feel restricted to just ONE of the above…wearing a few of them at one time will look chic, just be careful which ones you choose!! For example; the double breasted Mango jacket would look awesome with black skinny jeans, paired with the adorable sequined ballerina fats from Zara; accented with the double bow hinged bangle by Kate Spade OR the gold keys charm wrap watch by La Mer OR the mixed bangles from Top Shop. Top your outfit off with one of the following four bags: 1) the backpack from Top Shop 2) the tote bag by Michael Kors 3) the gold studded purse by Rebecca Minkoff, or 4) the chain purse from Jeanne Lottie. Weuf! Luckily the Prada perfume will be perfect with everything 😉

The sequin and tutu dress from Rare Opulence is by far my favourite!! I’m also loving the La Mer watch, the Jeanne Lottie bag as well as the shirt from H&M! Everything from the Michael Kors bag downward, seem like must haves – they go with anything. All of these are great! You’ve definitely turned me into a black and gold lover =P
