DUY FW13 – Toronto Fashion Week

After watching the DUY Fall Winter 2013 Collection at Toronto Fashion Week, I’ve decided that long sleeve tops, huge knit scarves and ball gown skirts need to become a staple in my wardrobe! Life is too short not to dress fabulous!

It is safe to say that DUY is one of my new favourite brands. The moment the garments hit the runway, I felt my heart both melt and explode. They were so glamorous – and I’m sure you’re all aware that when glamour comes into play, I can’t say no! Not only that, but they were fun, intricate, elegant, modern, romantic; all wrapped up into one beautiful package! Mix all of that it with something cozy and my mind goes all kinds of crazy! The way the textiles are used in this DUY Collection is phenomenal and the silhouettes so flattering.

So how about it? Care to join me in wearing ball gowns with casual tops and extremely large scarves?
