It’s not a trip to the cottage without touring around the town of Baysville. There’s a new LCBO in town (sorry forgot to take a pic) so we had to go check that out, obviously! Then made our way over to the Lake of Bays Brewery down the street – always a pleasure – where we sampled their beers, cleaned our pallets with pretzels and bought some t-shirts (my favourite golf shirt is from the Lake of Bays Brewery!!). We had ice cream from the most adorable shop, Miss Nelle’s, where I have quickly learned that the portions are H.U.G.E. What a day!!
Day Two
1. The Beer Garden at the Lake of Bays Brewery
2. whoever added “ever” to this sign truly entertained me
3. Count on at least “large” ice cream when you order a “small”
4. enjoying the view of the river in Baysville while eating our ice cream

Huge portions of ice cream would win me over! You can never have too much — until you get a headache. Then that sucks.
