I’m taking on a new hobby (like I have time for that?!?!) and it’s thrilling. I took a few fashion illustration courses in school and loved them, but ever since I’ve graduated I haven’t done a single one. Well, that’s all about to change, because for Christmas I was given five fashion illustration books, and the above is my first attempt in a long time. So, look out friends, I’m embarking on a new journey…just in time for a new year!
New Years Eve has arrived and now the time has come to say goodbye to 2012. Although 2012 has been a fantastic year for me, I just know that 2013 is going to be even better, so I say “bring it on”! I’m not sure what this new year has in store for me, but I’m excited to share it with all of you! Thank you all so much for reading my blog, it means so much to me!
I wish you a super beautiful Happy New Year ! Xoxo
Thanks Shiro,

Illustrators can also work on ad campaigns and other projects in which fashion illustration is desired. Using paintings, drawings, and sketches can create a timeless effect which some companies find very effective in the marketing of their products, and this technique also eliminates the need to produce prototypes, find models, and hold photography sessions. This can be an advantage when product lines are still in development, or when a company is too small to invest heavily in production before it has orders for its products.
