LoveBirds.

I was sent this Le Chateau ‘LoveBirds’ Ad Campaign and I thought it was too adorable not to share! It was made to remind you that love is all around.

It’s easy to get so caught up in the busyness of life and work that we take love for granted without even being aware of it. We stop making the extra effort to show someone how much they mean to us.

This is why I love Valentine’s Day (even when I was single). It forces us to stop and make that extra effort.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be flowers and a box of chocolate (although I’m not going to lie and say I don’t loOOoove those), but it should be something thoughtful and meaningful.

Perhaps a handwritten card, making your loved one(s) their favourite meal, spending time just ‘being’ with each other (sans any gadgets that take you away from the moment), and most importantly, telling them you love them – because showing someone and telling someone both matter.
