I made this Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Green Smoothie the other day for my mom, sister and I, and our minds were blown! It is SO good! I’ve been craving it pretty much every day since, and the best part of this recipe is that it’s easy, quick and healthy.
This smoothie is great for a breakfast alternative, especially on mornings when you’re rushed and don’t have time to make a big breakfast. I (and you, if you decide to make this for yourself) no longer have to worry about grabbing something unhealthy on the run, because this smoothie is super fast and healthy – plus the taste of chocolate milk tricks the mind into thinking it’s dessert. π
I mentioned above that this drink is a great breakfast alternative, but it’s also an amazing snack to have throughout the day.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large handful baby spinach
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate milk
*I added a few extra chocolate chips but they didn’t blend very well. Next time, I’ll just stick with the chocolate milk.
Instructions:
– Place ingredients in a blender (I used a Magic Bullet blender) and pulse until creamy and smooth.
– Serve immediately and Enjoy!
