This is one of the editorials in the Winter 2012 Issue of Plaid Magazine (I bought a print copy of the magazine, so these images are scanned in…though the bright multicolored lights are not from being scanned; they are the awesome effects created by the photographer) and I’m really excited about it because I was the assistant stylist to Toronto based stylist Tricia Hall, for this editorial. If you look closely at image#2 you will see my name (the bottom name on the list – although since it’s scanned it’s hard to see…better if you click on the image to enlarge it, but still). …Sorry, getting a little off topic! Anyways, yes, I was lucky enough to take part in this photo shoot and I am oh-so-pleased with how the pictures turned out!!
Plaid Magazine is a Toronto based lifestyle magazine and is quickly becoming a “go-to” magazine for those interested in the latest fashions – especially designs from local talent! Next time you have the urge to buy a magazine, I recommend picking up Plaid. It can be found in many locations including certain chapters/indigo stores. If you have trouble getting your hands on a copy (they sell out fast) trying going to their website and ordering one (I’ve bought both in the stores and online before – both great!)
Those who participated in this shoot are as follows:
Photographer: Sean Penhall / Assistant Photographer: Brittany Williams / Stylist: Tricia Hall / Assistant Sylist: Victoria Simpon (OH…that’s me!!! π okay, I’m a little too excited!!) / Make-Up & Hair: Mark Weir / Make-up & Hair Assistant: Brittany Sinclair / Models: Jenna (Next Models Canada) & Ty States (Sutherland Models)
Have a great weekend!!
