Outfit // Colour Blocking with Leopard and Black

Sometimes all an outfit takes to create a wow effect is one style detail that is different than the rest. For this outfit, I used leopard as that style detail – and don’t you think it looks stunning?

This coat has quickly become my go-to choice when I’m looking for something fun and trendy to wear. What I really love about it is that, one, it’s made right here in Canada (did you notice the Canadian flag embroidered on the inside?); two, it’s a classic silhouette; and three, it’s leopard and black colour blocking makes it elegant, fun and trendy, all at the same time.

My Conclusion:
An entirely black outfit with a pop of leopard is a timeless look. [Tweet It!]

I totally agree. Leopard is a classic (when done right) and not trendy. It won’t be going anywhere!

Definitely when it’s done right! It’s one of those trends that could look trashy or chic, so it’s important not to overdo it!

This may be my favourite style post to date! You look amazing my dear. And leopard is here to stay. For the long haul!

Very pretty! I like how the detail of leopard is incorporated into your jacket, and is not overbearing. Your necklace is gorgeous too!
