As you can tell by how much snow and slush there is in this picture, it was taken a little while ago; however, I really enjoyed wearing this outfit so I wanted to share it with you for inspiration. It can definitely be worn during spring as well!
I came across this denim skirt hiding in the back on my closet, along with all my old jean mini skirts (10 of them in fact). While I ended up saying adios to all the mini skirts, this knee length denim skirt is here to stay.
By throwing my Michael Kors tweed blazer into the mix, I was able to make my casual denim skirt and plain white tee more dressy / “night out” appropriate.
This outfit was a great reminder that you don’t always need something brand new (although the jacket and shoes are only a few months old) to create a great look.
What I’m Wearing:
Jacket: Michael Kors (also love these by Milly & Tory Burch) | T-Shirt: Kain | Skirt: old (similar Express, Sister by Sibling, Gap & Blank NYC) | Shoes: Le Chateau | Sunglasses: TOMS | Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs (here and here) Rings: vintage (brown and blue) & Etsy, old (angle wings, similar) | Necklace: Bizou

Such great shoes! Le Chateau is often surprising. In a good way 🙂 I hope the snow didn’t ruin them!!
