I was cleaning out my closet and I came across this white dress that, to be honest, I totally forgot I had! Does that ever happen to you? I was going to give it away…but then I tried it on and fell in love with it all over again. I bought the dress (a few years ago :O) from Zara and wore it all the time. I’m currently coming up with ideas of how I can pair it with new fall pieces. Yes, white during fall!
Unfortunately, you can’t get this particular Zara dress anymore, but I am coveting this white Zara dress and this white Free People dress; so if you want to achieve a similar look it’s a great alternative! Fingers crossed we still have some sundress weather in store for us!
I’ve never been one to follow the “no white after labour day rule” – it’s so passé. Historically, it was customary for people to retire their white clothes after labour day; as it was the end of their vacation (white was generally only worn when one was on vacation). I like to pretend I’m on vacation all year long 😉
I am totally with you about white after labour day!!!
