Over the holidays I made these delicious Swiss Jam Cookies (aka Spitzbuben) with Gaby and Jenny. While I know that Christmas is over (which really upsets me because it’s my favourite time of the year), there is no way I could let it come to an end without sharing these cookies with you. They are THAT good. Like seriously…addictive good.
Luckily, you can still make them without the Christmas cut-outs (though if you choose to make yours with them I will be the last person to judge you). You can use any other cut-out shapes, or if you prefer, none at all. Just ice the top of the cookies for extra flavour, and of course for extra pretty points.
We used Gaby’s grandmother’s recipe, which you can get over on her blog.
If you’re looking for some pretty baking/cooking stuff, Anthropologie has such a fun collection! They also have a really cute baking kit, which is especially great if you’re just starting out.
Happy Baking!

This just gave me serious heart pangs for Christmas! As IF we have to wait another year
Haha seriously!! We could also celebrate ‘Christmas In July’ this year – I mean, why wait an entire year, right!?
