For the record, I am uber excited for the Tristan fall 2013 collection! My love affair with Tristan started when I had to buy suits for my university co-op jobs; what feels like a lifetime ago. All of my workplaces were in the corporate world, and thus I had to dress in suits (except for when I worked on the marketing team for IBM, in the Software Lab, where wearing a suit was just plain weird). My go to place for office attire? Tristan! Why? Because they offered – and still do! – the perfect mix of style and professionalism. My office wardrobe made me excited to get dressed for work in the morning.
Even though my job no longer requires me to wear a suit, I still need to look professional and stylish (just not as corporate). Once again, this fall 2013 collection proves my love for Tristan apparel. There are so many great pieces in this collection that can be styled for work and weekend, for day and night, and for casual and formal offices – all for a price that is easy on the eyes!
My favourite piece of the entire Tristan fall collection is the white sleeveless blouse with gold polka-dots (first picture above). If I had the chance I would have bought it right there in the showroom!
This collection has started to hit Tristan stores, and new fall items will continue to appear through October.
